does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
Return and exchange policy
[a] Defective new goods must be returned within thirty days
of receipt by the most economical method.
[b] Shoes sent not as your order when returned, must be accompanied by the invoice/packaging
note number within thirty days of receipt, and must be unmarked and in the original box/poly bag.
[c] We will not accept goods back for credit when sent as per your order.
We do not offer sale or return and cannot guarantee the fitting to size of specials.
[d] Unworn faulty footwear will only be credited up to a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
[e] We shall only credit footwear supplied by ourselves and bearing our markings.
[f] ODD PAIRS – with the increase of self selection footwear, non-paired footwear must be returned with original box/bag.
Worn odds will not be credited = pairs must be checked at the point of sale.
[g] A faulty pair in a consignment cannot be accepted as a reason for the return of the whole consignment without consent.
[h] Any return made contrary to the above terms will be liable to a charge.
Place shoes and the completed return form in original packing. Shoewholesale.com will arrange for the goods to be picked up.
